What we collect
When you send us a message through the enquiry form or the platter and catering enquiry form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the message you write, which for platters or catering may include a date and a number of people
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your message, platter or catering enquiry.
- To quote for and prepare the platters or catering you have asked about.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.
Orders
Orders are taken by phone, in the shop, or through Facebook Messenger, not on this website. Messages you send us on Facebook are handled under Meta’s own privacy policy.
How we store it
Form messages are stored and emailed to us through our website host and email provider, so they may be processed on servers outside Australia. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you and to keep reasonable business records.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. The forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots, and Google’s privacy policy and terms apply to that check.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with how we handled a privacy matter, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
